Welder Fabricator Leicester Competitive hourly rate DOE Monday - Friday, days Accept Recruitment is working with an established steel fabrication company in Leicester. They''re looking for experienced Welder Fabricators to join their workshop team on a range of projects across the area. Our client produces structural and architectural steelwork for commercial and domestic customers, including steel frames, beams, columns, staircases, balustrades and bespoke metalwork. Most of the work is one-off rather than repetitive production, so no two weeks are the same. The role Fabricating and welding structural steelwork, including beams, columns and frames Producing architectural and secondary steelwork such as staircases, handrails, balustrades and bespoke items Working with a range of plate thicknesses Working from fabrication drawings from start to finish on your own MIG welding to a high standard Workshop-based role What we''re looking for Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator (5+ years preferred) Confident reading and working from fabrication drawings with minimal supervision Strong MIG welding skills Structural and/or architectural steel experience is highly desirable A reliable, quality-focused approach to your work What''s on offer Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience.
