Are you a skilled Welder with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship? We''re on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join a growing team, working on critical rolling stock vehicles that keep the nation moving.

About the Role:

You''ll be responsible for executing high-quality welding tasks across a range of rolling stock components and structures. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and integral to our operations, ensuring all work meets rigorous safety and engineering standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminium, and other railway vehicle materials
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct structural repairs and modifications on rolling stock vehicles
• Ensure all welds meet industry compliance and inspection criteria
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to deliver outstanding results

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven welding experience, ideally in a rail or heavy engineering setting
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (Desirable)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Certification or coding in welding is a plus

Essential:

• Driving License
