This is a unique opportunity to turn innovative ideas into real business value - targeting 1m in annual savings while supporting sustainability goals.Huddersfield or Grangemouth (travel between sites required)12-month agency contract 36.50 per hourWhat you''ll be doingYou will own projects end-to-end, moving from idea through to delivery - whilst building strong relationships across the business.Lead multiple waste reduction and recovery projects across two UK sitesDevelop and deliver robust business cases (CAPEX, OPEX, and no-cost solutions)Reduce waste volume and cost, or unlock value from materialsEngage and align stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, HSEQ, Finance, and external partnersTrack performance through clear KPIs, reporting, and financial savingsIdentify risks and drive practical mitigation actionsAnalyse processes, map workflows, and recommend sustainable technical solutionsCapture and share best practices across sitesWhat we''re looking forSkills and capabilitiesStrong delivery mindset - gets things done quickly and effectivelyAbility to influence without authority and bring teams togetherExcellent communication - can simplify complex technical topicsConfident managing conflict, ambiguity, and multiple prioritiesExperience and ..... full job details .....
