This opportunity not only offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects but also provides a platform for professional growth and development in a supportive and inspiring environment.The hiring manager is looking for someone who has previous Warranty experience gained from within the Automotive or Defence sector as an ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.The working hours are 40 hours per week (8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday).What You Will Do: Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics of returned warranty units, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications.Analyse warranty claims and costs to identify trends, root causes, and preventative actions, delivering insights to internal teams.Provide technical support to internal departments, enhancing product quality and reducing warranty-related costs.Collaborate with management to communicate fault and liability information, driving robust corrective actions.Ensure lessons learned from warranty analysis are applied to future projects, contributing to continuous improvement.Maintain the calibration system, ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and compliant.
