Warehouse and Forklift Operative - Night ShiftsLocation: Southampton 13.49 per hourMonday-Friday night shifts starting from 17:15 until finish (depending on workload)Role PurposeThis role supports the safe and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods within a busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport stock while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach forklifts safely and efficientlyLoad and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled correctlyMove stock to designated storage locations and replenish warehouse stockPick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatchCarry out daily forklift safety checks and report any defectsMaintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory controlFollow all health, safety, and warehouse proceduresKeep work areas clean, organised, and compliantSupport general warehouse duties as requiredExperience and Skills:Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environmentGood understanding of warehouse operations and stock handlingAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong awareness of health and safety proceduresGood organisational skills and attention to detailAbout You:Must hold a valid UK Driving LicenceReliable, punctual, and safety-consciousComfortable working night ..... full job details .....
