This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards across warehouse processes. Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracyLead and support a small team, providing guidance and direction where neededMaintain and improve warehouse processes and workflowsEnsure stock is managed accurately, including goods in/out and inventory controlUse warehouse management systems (WMS) and internal systems confidentlyMonitor performance and ensure KPIs are metMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentEnsure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times What we would like from you: Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse roleStrong system knowledge (WMS or similar)Solid understanding of warehouse operations and processesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead by example and support a team effectively If you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.
