Salary: £15.50ph

Overview
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Kent. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards across warehouse processes.

Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Lead and support a small team, providing guidance and direction where needed
• Maintain and improve warehouse processes and workflows
• Ensure stock is managed accurately, including goods in/out and inventory control
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and internal systems confidently
• Monitor performance and ensure KPIs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times

What we would like from you:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse role
• Strong system knowledge (WMS or similar)
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and support a team effectively
