Warehouse SupervisorWe are recruiting for our client based in Braintree who are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team on a permanent or temp-perm basis.Duties will include:Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal - by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goalsDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methodsOversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logisticsMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulationsSupervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer serviceManage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtimeInspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessaryOversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilitiesMust have previous experience working as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.The days/hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Fridays 8:30am-3pmSalary - 28k-32kFully on-site positionHuntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed ..... full job details .....
