Warehouse/Yard Supervisor 33,000 - 37,000 Available Shifts: Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:00 Sunday-Thursday, 14:00-22:00 Alexander Steele Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a successful FMCG business in their search for Warehouse/Yard Supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to lead and develop Warehouse and Yard teams within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. You''ll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, supporting production requirements, managing inventory accuracy and overseeing finished goods dispatch activities. This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong focus on team engagement, operational performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily Warehouse and Yard operations Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping and operational performance Support production through effective material supply and internal stock movements Manage finished goods storage and dispatch preparation Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members Key Requirements: Supervisory experience within warehouse, logistics or distribution environments Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, FMCG or distribution operation Strong leadership and communication skills Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control WMS/ERP experience and MHE licences advantageous ..... full job details .....
