Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Belfast Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Shifts and Pay: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am 2:00pm Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 1:45pm 11:45pm Rotating weekly shift pattern Pay: £12.33 per hour + £3.00 per hour shift bonus About the Role: We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves working with automated production machinery, including robotic bagging and stitching lines, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor robotic bagging and stitching equipment. Carry out general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and movement of goods. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times, including the use of required face coverings and PPE. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the working area. Work as part of a team to meet production and dispatch targets. Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided). Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate machinery responsibly. Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
