Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Belfast
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shifts & Pay:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 1:45pm – 11:45pm
• Rotating weekly shift pattern
• Pay: £12.33 per hour + £3.00 per hour shift bonus

About the Role:
We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves working with automated production machinery, including robotic bagging and stitching lines, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic bagging and stitching equipment.
• Carry out general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times, including the use of required face coverings and PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the working area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and dispatch targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided).
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate machinery responsibly.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
