Pay Rate: -12.71ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am -16:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Halstead
Transport: Own transport required
Parking: Free parking on site

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Supplier in Halstead, who are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy team.

This is a long-term temp to perm opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment.

Duties:

• Picking and preparing orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Checking and storing incoming goods
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Loading vehicles for deliveries
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Manual handling and heavy lifting as required
• Following health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Reliable and hardworking
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Flexible and willing to help with different warehouse duties
