Production Operative / Assembly Operative

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives / Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or assembly experience, although full training will be provided for the right person.

As a Production/Assembly Operative, your duties will include:

• Assembling products and components accurately and efficiently.

• Following production instructions and procedures.

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.

• Using basic hand tools and equipment where required.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.

• Meeting production targets and deadlines.

• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production.

• Reporting any quality or production issues to the supervisor.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous production, assembly or manufacturing experience — preferred but not essential.

• Have good attention to detail.

• Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Have a good attitude and willingness to learn.

• Be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• £12.71 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
