Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Hinckley, Leicestershire 
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Shifts:

• Early Shift: 4:00am – 8:30am
• Late Shift: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire 

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics team in Hinckley. This role is purely focused on loading and unloading vehicles, so if you enjoy a fast-paced, physical role, this is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading parcels from vehicles efficiently and safely
• Sorting and moving items to the correct locations in the warehouse
• Ensuring that work is completed accurately and on time
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• No previous warehouse experience required, although experience is a plus
• Ability to work early or late shifts as scheduled
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
