About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing team based in Newbury. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming deliveries
• Conducting stock checks and maintaining inventory records
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe
• Assisting with loading and dispatching goods
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Basic IT skills are an advantage

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (with occasional overtime available)
