Warehouse Operative (Freight / 3PL Environment)Right Now Group are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced freight warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role within a regulated logistics environment, ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking to develop within air freight or 3PL operations.This position requires flexibility, with working hours on a Monday to Friday basis: 07:00 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 18:00.As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of cargo, supporting both inbound and outbound shipments in line with customer and regulatory requirements.Warehouse Operative - Key Responsibilities:Receive, check, weigh, and dimension inbound cargo in line with warehouse proceduresPrepare and dispatch outbound shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurateOperate FLT (Counterbalance) to move, load, and store goods safely within the warehouseMaintain accurate stock control, ensuring all goods in/out are recorded correctly within the systemUse Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and internal systems (including Microsoft 365) to manage inventory and shipmentsEnsure all cargo is stored correctly and allocated to appropriate warehouse locationsFollow all Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment at all timesSupport the handling and storage of regulated and dangerous goods in line with CAA and compliance standardsMaintain ..... full job details .....
