Warehouse Operative Location: Tamworth, B77 4DR Pay rate: 12.86 per hour Contract: Temp Shifts: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to work on behalf of our client based in Tamworth. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in using prebuilt systems to pick items onto pallets for customers. Ensuring accuracy and time management, while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Working as part of a team of warehouse operatives and reporting to your Line Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Warehouse and Office teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation and the achievement of overall site objectives.What you''ll be doing:Repacking products accurately and efficiently according to company standardsUsing prebuilt systems to pick itemsEnsuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged for dispatchMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentAssisting with stock control and inventory checksSupporting team members to meet daily production targets What you''ll bring:A positive attitude and strong attention to detailFLT licence is not essential but would be beneficialAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamGood organisational skills and a proactive approachFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesExperience in a similar packing or warehouse role (desirable but not essential)Good numeracy and literacy skillsA commitment to health and safety standards You can look forward to the ..... full job details .....
