Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join a busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The role involves working in a seated production environment, carrying out assembly tasks by following detailed instructions and maintaining high quality standards. The work is repetitive in nature and requires good concentration, accuracy, and consistency throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products in line with provided work instructions
• Carry out servicing and finishing tasks to required standards
• Perform repetitive production duties with accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct visual quality checks on completed work
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Comfortable undertaking repetitive tasks
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous assembly or production experience is advantageous but not essential

Hours:-7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday-
