Our client a prominent Aviation and Defence company has an opportunity for experienced Warehouse and Distribution Operatives to join them on a long-term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation, providing class leading aviation support. Role: Warehouse and Distribution Operative Location: RAF Lossiemouth (Moray) Shift Pattern: Yes, Earlies/Lates (0700/2300) IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a full national Security Clearance Hourly Rate: Discussed on ApplicationContract Position 12 Months (rolling/renewable). Due to the nature of this opportunity, you will need to have a UK passport when applying for this role. Job Description: You will provide tactical Supply Chain support to UK Fixed Wing aviation activities and contracts utilising Supply Chain Support Best Practice. Scope of the Role:Receive incoming shipment and verify accuracy of items.Accurately report, communicate and escalate non-conformancesStore materials in designated locations within the warehouse / storage areas.Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers in a timely manner and in line with aircraft priorities.Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and auditsOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksConduct distribution activities in line with Supply Chain processes and business support needsEnsure compliance with all safety and security proceduresKeep the warehouse clean and always ..... full job details .....
