We're recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a professional, clean and well-organised logistics operation in Didcot.
Unlike many warehouse roles, this isn't about rushing to hit unrealistic pick targets. It's about working carefully, accurately and safely, ensuring high-quality materials and products are handled correctly for our customers.

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Operative:
- Receiving and processing incoming goods.
- Loading, unloading and storing materials safely.
- Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Processing stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Supporting production and customer assembly lines.
- Preparing goods for dispatch.
- Carrying out specialist activities, including but not limited to decanting vessel sets using an overhead crane, cryofarm operations & magnet handling.
- Processing returnable packaging and warehouse returns.
- Delivering materials to local customer sites when required.
- Maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Someone who values quality over rushing the job.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
