Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative | Basingstoke | -28,615 per annum

We have a new opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company, working in Basingstoke. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse, including goods in/out, stock put-away, picking and packing, and maintaining accurate warehouse processes.

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: -28,615 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities of a Chemist

- Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently

- Loading and unloading deliveries

- Managing goods in / goods out processes

- Putting away stock safely and correctly

- Supporting stock checks and inventory accuracy

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

- Operating warehouse equipment (including forklift)

- Assisting the wider Operations team with warehouse and logistics tasks as required

Required Skills of a Warehouse Operative:

- Previous warehouse experience

- Counterbalance Licence

- Reliable team player who works well in a small team
