Warehouse Operative / FLT

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced-FLT / Warehouse Operative-. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance Truck-safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Receiving and booking in goods.
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Conducting routine FLT safety checks and reporting any issues.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets and customer deadlines.

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance ).
• Previous warehouse and forklift truck operating experience.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
