About the Role

This role is for a Warehouse Operative Backs based in Redditch, working a twilight shift pattern: Monday to Thursday from 1530 to 2330, with Fridays finishing earlier at 1345 to 2000. The position is full time, paying between £15.27 and £15.88 per hour, with a guaranteed increase after 12 weeks of service. You will join a growing global manufacturer, handling tasks such as picking products, inspecting parts, and collaborating with the goods in and out department. Training on various FLTs is provided in house. An early finish every Friday is standard. Adhering to health and safety protocols is essential. This role could lead to a permanent contract following a successful trial.

An ever growing, busy, global manufacturer are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team based in Redditch. Working in a large, busy warehouse, this role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
This role has a guaranteed pay increase once 12 weeks service completed, early finish every Friday and training on various FLT’s in house.
Responsibilities/Requirements of the role:

Picking of various products
Inspection of parts
Working with the Goods in/out department
Early finish Fridays
Adhering to health and safety protocols
MHE training on various FLT’s
Pay rise after 12 weeks service
Overtime available paid at a premium rate
