Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established operations team based in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-quality environment, handling products across ambient, chilled and frozen areas. This is a temporary, full-time role (38.75 hours per week) with the potential for overtime. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders to meet targets Receiving deliveries and storing goods correctly Using inventory systems to log stock Following production orders and completing packaging tasks Completing GMP paperwork accurately and on time Carrying out stock checks, cycle counts and waste management Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Reporting any health and safety or quality concerns Working collaboratively as part of a team What We re Looking For Good attention to detail IT literate Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong team player with a proactive attitude GCSE-level Maths and English (or equivalent) Comfortable working in ambient, chilled and frozen (-20 C) environments Desirable: Experience in a warehouse, GMP, or regulated environment Working for First Recruitment as a temporary worker is a great opportunity to experience a variety of work places within different industries, whilst offering flexible working hours.
