You ll take ownership of overnight performance, stock accuracy, workflow, safety and people management, ensuring the operation is ready for the following day.What You ll Be Doing Leading supervisors, technicians, agency staff and trainees. Driving productivity, stock accuracy and operational performance. Managing warehouse workflow, returns, shortages and equipment movement. Resolving bottlenecks and ensuring deadlines are achieved. Managing staffing, absence, holidays, 1-2-1s and performance. Coaching and developing your team. Maintaining high Health and Safety standards. Ensuring accurate stock and inventory records. What We re Looking For Experience managing a warehouse, logistics, distribution or similar operation. Strong people-management and team leadership experience. Good knowledge of stock control and inventory management. A hands-on, proactive management style. Strong Health and Safety awareness. Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
