Supported Housing Operations Manager

Reed is excited to partner with a leading housing association in London to recruit an experienced Operations Manager for Supported Housing. This role offers the opportunity to lead and enhance supported living and housing services across the region.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop multi-site teams to deliver high-quality supported housing services.
• Drive performance against KPIs, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements.
• Embed a strong safeguarding culture, overseeing incidents, complaints, and risk management.
• Manage relationships with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support service development, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage service budgets and ensure efficient, effective resource deployment.

Contract details:

Salary: -32.08ph PAYE or -42.60ph umbrella

Location: Farringdon, London

Job Type: Contract - 4 months

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing supported housing or support services for adults with various support needs such as homelessness, mental health issues, refugees, etc.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, housing law, welfare benefits, and best practices in supported housing.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving performance in a multi-site environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing budgets and delivering cost-effective services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
