Warehouse Operations Manager

- Warehouse Setup / B2C Fulfilment / Operations and Team Management - A growing Japanese manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to support the launch and day-to-day operation of its new warehouse in Derbyshire. This is a hands-on role responsible for establishing efficient and safe warehouse operations, overseeing B2C/e-commerce fulfilment, inventory control and dispatch, and managing a small local warehouse team. You will work closely with a Japanese Warehouse Manager while taking responsibility for local warehouse operations in the UK. The successful candidate will play an important role in establishing operational procedures, health and safety practices, staff training and efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2C or e-commerce warehouse operations, together with team management experience and a good understanding of UK warehouse health and safety requirements.
