What You Will Do: - Lead and motivate an experienced team to improve on-time delivery for UK and international customers as an Operations Manager.- Own the development of manufacturing capability, quality standards, and performance against SQCPD targets within the Quality Management System.- Create a high-performance, continuous improvement culture using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques as Operations Manager.- Ensure manufacturing operations meet Safety, Health and Environmental requirements consistently, in line with company standards.- Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure production capability and resources meet present and predicted demand.- Report directly into the Managing Director and help deliver site-wide transformation as part of a Senior Management Team.
