As Warehouse Manager, you''ll lead a close-knit team, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of the warehouse function - including a potential relocation to a larger site.The RoleReporting to the senior leadership team, you''ll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations - from goods in/out and team development to system improvements and stock control. digitising warehouse systems , potentially managing a

site relocation , and embedding a culture of safety, fairness, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and develop a high-performing warehouse teamManage day-to-day operations including goods in/out, 3PL coordination, and yard managementDrive warehouse digitisation - linking goods movement processes with SAGEPlay a key role in planning and executing a warehouse move to a larger siteCreate and maintain SOPs and champion process improvementCollaborate with stock control and CI teams to enhance operational efficiencyEnsure stock availability to production lines, following FIFO and rotation practicesTake part in stock counts (monthly and annual)Manage resources effectively and track performance against KPIsConduct bi-annual reviews and lead team training/developmentWork closely with Health and Safety to uphold a safety-first cultureWhat You''ll BringProven experience in warehouse management within a fast-paced settingTrack record of digitalising warehouse operations (SAGE experience essential)Experience leading warehouse redesigns or relocationsSkilled in team leadership, training, and performance managementHands-on FLT licence (Instructor-level ideal, but not essential)Excellent organisational and problem-solving skillsConfident in challenging the status quo and driving innovationWhy Apply?Up to £42,000 salarySimply Health cover25 days holiday + bank holidaysContributory pension ..... full job details .....
