The company is committed to sustainable and responsible manufacturing practices, so you know you''re joining a business with strong values.Your new roleAs the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and improving all warehouse operations, including goods receipt and dispatch, third-party logistics coordination, yard management, and inventory accuracy. You will manage a team of circa 14 individuals, driving continuous operational improvements, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Key duties include supporting production through accurate stock control, developing team capabilities, and refining warehouse processes. The company is undergoing an exciting transformation project, including a warehouse relocation and bringing their paper-based systems into a high-tech, digitalised one - so it''s a great time to join the business!The role is working Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-12:30What you''ll need to succeedDemonstrable experience managing warehouse functions in a dynamic environmentProven ability to lead, train, and develop effective teams, including addressing employee disengagement and fostering team engagementStrong skills in running and managing warehouse logistics end-to-endExperience in transforming manual, paper-based systems into fully digitalised processes -

ESSENTIALExperience of / ability to plan, design, and successfully relocate warehouse operations from smaller to larger facilities -
