Warehouse Manager Our client A leading logistics organisation The role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our client''s expanding business. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and to drive efficiency and output. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inventory, as well as coordinating and allocating resources for daily tasks. Responsible for managing all warehouse functions - including loading, unloading, despatch, and storage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a team and build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all Health and Safety ,Legal and other requirements are adhered to. Responsible for monitoring team performance, and compliance against the set warehouse KPIs. Achieve and deliver service levels, looking to exceed customer expectations. Prevent, investigate, and report incidents and accidents in a timely manner according to the Company Health and Safety policy. Accurate record keeping, timely investigation and appropriate handling to avoid stock discrepancies, losses, and damage. Coordinate and utilise resources to meet the demands of the business. Responsible for the Warehouse Management System, ensuring all key metrics are effectively set, implemented, and managed within an agreed KPI framework.
