Warehouse Manager/ Supervisor

Location: Stourbridge
Salary: -27,500 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a--Warehouse Manager-to join our team in Stourbridge. This is a permanent position suited to someone who is organised, computer literate and able to work effectively in a busy stock and logistics environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, coordinating deliveries and containers, and ensuring export shipments and commercial documentation are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day stock levels and stock movements

• Identifying and dealing with stock shortages and outages

• Planning and coordinating incoming containers

• Organising and prioritising outgoing deliveries

• Managing export shipments from order through to dispatch

• Preparing and checking commercial and export documentation

• Ensuring urgent deliveries are prioritised appropriately

• Working to tight deadlines, particularly where deliveries need to be dispatched by 2:30pm the following day

• Liaising with internal teams, customers, suppliers and transport providers where required

• Updating and maintaining accurate stock and shipment records

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Able to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines effectively

• Computer literate and confident learning new systems

• Experienced in stock control, logistics, warehousing or export administration

• Reliable and proactive with a hands-on approach

• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external contacts

• Comfortable dealing with urgent requirements and changing priorities

Essential Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance (CB) Licence

• Good computer skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Experience within stock control, logistics, warehousing or a similar environment

• Ability to work to strict delivery deadlines
