Warehouse Manager Up to 50,000 Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 CrawleyAre you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a Monday-to-Friday role within a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment?We are working with an established and growing business looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring excellent standards across goods in, goods out, stock control and materials handling.The warehouse operates as a bonded store, so experience working within a bonded warehouse or a similar regulated environment would be advantageous. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring all warehouse processes meet the required operational, regulatory and compliance standards.The Role Overseeing goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring stock movements are accurate and efficient. Managing inventory, conducting regular stock takes and maintaining inventory accuracy of 98%+. Ensuring all processes within the bonded store are followed correctly, maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with relevant regulations and procedures. Leading, developing and scheduling the warehouse team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement. Working closely with Production, Procurement and Logistics to ensure the timely availability of materials and effective dispatch of finished goods.
