Warehouse Manager Location: West London / Surrey Salary: £40,000 £45,000 DOE + Benefits A successful international manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its UK warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role combining team leadership with responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse, maintaining excellent standards of accuracy, safety and customer service. The Role Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation Lead, motivate and develop a small warehouse team Oversee goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch Maintain excellent stock and inventory accuracy Investigate stock and delivery discrepancies Manage workload and resources to meet customer requirements Monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement Maintain strong Health and Safety and housekeeping standards Work closely with internal departments and external transport providers Improve warehouse processes and working practices The Person We''re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor ready to take responsibility for an established operation.
