This is an excellent opportunity for a proven warehouse leader from an FMCG environment who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting and enjoys developing high-performing teams.Reporting into the senior operational leadership team, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for warehouse performance, compliance, health and safety, team engagement and operational efficiency across the site.This role requires a hands-on leader who is highly visible within the operation, capable of making real-time decisions while also planning for future growth and increasing operational volumes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation on a permanent night shift.Ensure operational targets are consistently achieved across productivity, quality and service levels.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational performance.Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping and operational discipline.Take ownership of labour planning to ensure resources are effectively utilised.Support operational growth plans through effective workforce and capacity ..... full job details .....
