Warehouse Manager Location: Torfaen Salary: 45-50,000 DOE Hours: Mon-Friday 40hrs + Contract: Full-time 3 months contract possibility of extending About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient management of inventory, people, processes and systems. The successful candidate will lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched correctly while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, food safety and quality. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can identify opportunities for improvement, implement effective solutions and respond confidently to the changing demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations in line with company policies, procedures and objectives. Lead, motivate, develop and support the warehouse team. Ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory levels and reconcile physical stock against ERP and warehouse management systems. Monitor and report on warehouse performance, productivity and operational effectiveness. Maintain an organised, safe and efficient warehouse environment. Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and company procedures.
