Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a dynamic and growing Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company based in Basildon, Essex. This role will require working across two different sites.

Duties:

• Lead, manage, and develop warehouse and logistics operations across two different sites
• Oversee inbound and outbound transport planning, including scheduling and coordination
• Ensure safe and compliant handling of hazardous goods, temperature-controlled shipments, and general cargo
• Maintain and promote high health and safety standards
• Support cost control, budgeting, and long-term logistics strategy planning
• Step into operational duties when required to support the wider team

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
• Proven management experience within the freight forwarding industry (essential)
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to support operational tasks
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and positive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• A degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (beneficial)

Hours & Pay:

• -45,00050,000 per year
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am-5:30pm
