My client is seeking a driven warehouse manager to come in and hit the ground running. They pride themselves on the service they deliver and therefore need someone who sees high standards and strong attention to detail as non-negotiable. Your Duties:

* Oversee all warehouse functions ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timely order fulfillment

* Improve pick, pack and dispatch accuracy and delivery performance

* Monitor and maintain stock levels ensuring alignment with inventory management software

* Oversee goods in / goods out and supplier deliveries

* Maintain warehouse systems (inventory management/stock systems) and reporting

* Lead, supervise and develop the warehouse team

Your Experience:

* Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a team

Previous experience sorting out warehouse issues (stock inaccuracies, delays, or inefficiencies)

* Strong inventory management, handling, packaging and quality control expertise

* Able to identify and resolve operational challenges in the warehouse

* Familiar with inventory management software and logistics practices (unleashed or similar)
