Warehouse Manager (Nights)Upto c£60k + Excellent BenefitsKentOur client is a leading FMCG Distributor and we are delighted to assist them in their search for an experienced Warehouse professional as they look to recruit a Warehouse Manager (Nights) at their site in Paddock Wood, Kent, on a Sunday - Thursday shift. The shift runs from 1730hrs to 0600hrs and you will be required to work c45hours a week across the shift. Reporting into the General Manager and with Direct Reports across 4 Warehouse Shift Managers, managing a team of c70FTEs within the operation, you will be expected to manage the operation and improve operational efficiencies. Key Accountabilities as Warehouse Manager:Achievement of the daily/weekly/monthly KPI''s for all warehouse functions through effective guidance and coaching of direct reports.Lead a team and create an engaging environment and collaborative culture by encouraging direct reports to drive performance and standards, through a balanced approach of recognition and managing performance against agreed KPI''s.To control all department resources and costs within agreed finance targets and / or flex accordingly based on volume and customer requirements without compromising safety, people, service and costs.Communicate with people at all levels including people on ..... full job details .....
