This is a newly created role and will be ideal for someone with a continuous improvement mindset who thrives on streamlining and enhancing processes What''s On Offer: Competitive salary 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Festive period shutdown Pension Funded training and development opportunities Life insurance cover and Healthshield Staff events including a Christmas party and Summer BBQ Free tea/coffee, cake, biscuits and fruit on site Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound materials and ensure uninterrupted supply to production in line with the manufacturing plan Oversee storage, movement and despatch of finished goods internally and via 3PL providers, ensuring OTIF delivery Maintain accurate stock across raw materials, WIP and finished goods, leading cycle counts and resolving variances Lead and develop the warehouse team, including labour planning, training and performance management Use ERP/MRP and WMS systems to manage material flow, monitor KPIs and drive corrective action where needed Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes, including 5S, FIFO and Kanban, while ensuring Health and Safety compliance Previous Experience: Proven experience in a similar warehouse management role Experience working with ERP/MRP/WMS systems Strong ..... full job details .....
