Fulfilment Centre Manager 50,000 - 55,000 plus package ( Central London ) Job Overview A fast-growing convenience retail and logistics business is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Centre Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume site. This role is responsible for operational performance, inventory control, cost management, and team leadership, ensuring efficient order fulfilment and excellent customer service. You will have full accountability for site performance, including profit and loss, stock integrity, safety compliance, and staff development. Working closely with senior operations leaders, you will implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and build a strong, engaged frontline team. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day fulfilment centre operations and performance Own and deliver against key operational KPIs Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and compliance Lead, train, and develop a large frontline team and management staff Protect inventory, assets, and site security Ensure food safety, health and safety, and regulatory compliance Manage facility upkeep, equipment, and site standards Review and improve standard operating procedures Requirements Experience managing 24/7 operations in logistics, e-commerce, or retail Proven leadership of large teams (15+ employees, including managers) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and central ..... full job details .....
