Responsibilities of the Material Control and Warehouse Manager Lead and guide a team by delegating tasks effectively and ensuring an even distribution of workload. Oversee the operations of Goods Receiving, Inventory Management, and Dispatch.Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for shipments both domestically and internationally. Maintain detailed traceability records for all materials in compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. Monitor and report on key logistics indicators, including receipt and dispatch volumes, kit shortages, and the accuracy of cycle counts. Ensure that all documentation and operational procedures are aligned with the Business Management System. Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Production departments to address material issues and enhance service delivery.
