Warehouse Manager(Events / Production / Logistics) Wokingham 35-40k Working Hours and Flexibility:Standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, including a 1-hour paid lunch breakDuring busy periods, shifts will be rota-based between 7:00am - 7:00pmThere is an expectation for overtime to support increased workload when requiredWeekend work will be required during peak periods and may be ad-hoc depending on business needs We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced and technical environment supporting the events industry.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in events, production, rental, or logistics, who thrives in a hands-on role managing both people and processes.The RoleYou will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring equipment is efficiently managed, maintained, and prepared to a high standard to support successful event delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and inventory managementManage multiple workflows, prioritising tasks during busy dispatch and return periodsLead, train, and develop a warehouse team, ensuring best practices are followedMaintain accurate inventory records using management systems (training provided where needed)Coordinate preparation and de-preparation of equipment for upcoming projectsEnsure the warehouse environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with Health ..... full job details .....
