Reporting to the Shift Manager, you''ll drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring performance targets are achieved through strong leadership and effective day-to-day management. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work ''any 5 from 7'', across our night shift, covering the hours of 22:00 till 06:00. Pay, benefits and more: We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £36,017.17 plus shift premium of £3,665.00 per annum, and 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
