This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start, making it ideal for someone who is available straight away. The Role As the first point of contact for IT support, you''ll help resolve a wide range of technical issues and ensure users receive an excellent support experience. You''ll be responsible for logging, diagnosing and resolving incidents, as well as escalating more complex issues to specialist teams when required. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and service desk systems Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues Log and manage incidents and service requests accurately Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams Set up and maintain user accounts and access permissions Support desktops, laptops, mobile phones and tablets Assist with hardware deployment and software installations Keep users updated on progress and ..... full job details .....
