We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representative to support our operations team. This role involves managing a backlog of customer emails and complaints, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a computer for extended periods and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to a high volume of customer emails and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, working to resolve issues efficiently
  • Update internal systems with accurate customer information and case details
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to investigate and resolve order issues
  • Prioritise workload to address urgent queries and clear backlogs effectively
  • Maintain clear and professional written communication at all times
  • Follow company procedures and service standards when handling customer interactions

Requirements:
