This role will support customers and internal teams, focussing on delivering high quality service, managing orders and ensuring smooth communication across sales, supply chain and distribution channels. Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat in a timely and professional manner- Process and confirm customer orders using internal systems- Prepare and issue quotations using CRM tools and standard office software- Provide administrative and coordination support to sales teams in the UK and international markets- Coordinate with customers and distribution partners to arrange product shipments- Monitor outstanding orders and collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve delays- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases- Keep customers informed on order status, delivery timelines and any issues- Capture customer feedback and contribute to internal reporting processes- Support internal meetings, events and general team administration as neededRequirements- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Support role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook- Familiarity with order processing or ERP systems (e.g., Opera, NetSuite, SAP or similar)- Experience using CRM or database platforms (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships- Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload efficiently- Comfortable suggesting improvements to processes and systemsPlease contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
