Site management of warehouseManagement of all site documentation and governanceOwnership of inventory management systemProcessing inbound and outbound deliveriesProducing reports and responding to information requestsManagement and governance of tools and assetsOrdering consumablesAdministering stock control and stock checksWarehouse organization and structureMeeting targets and deadlines set by managementEnsuring the site is kept to a clean and professional standardMonitoring security and health and safety proceduresMaintaining site by initiating, coordinating, managing and enforcing site operations and enforcing company policiesResponsible for ensuring mandatory site maintenance is in date''Leaning in'' to resolve urgent issuesVisibility on siteManagement of site contractors

Knowledge and Experience

Proven experiences as a site/stores team leader or managerExpertise in site management procedures and best practicesProven ability to implement proess improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of site key performance indicators (KPIs)Hands on experience with site management software and databasesSolid understanding and experience of WMS

Formal Training/Qualifications

GCSE in English and MathsMHE training (desirable)Passport to safety (desirable)EHS accreditation (desirable)Management of contractors (desirable)
