You''ll play an important role in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, stock is well organised and customers receive a great service from the moment they place an order through to delivery, returns and aftercare.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation during an important stage of its development.Key Responsibilities:Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficientlyLoad and unload vehicles, containers and incoming deliveriesManage customer returns from initial enquiry through to resolutionHandle delivery issues, including missing, delayed or incorrectly delivered parcelsArrange the collection and return of faulty or damaged productsBooking couriers and communicating with courier personnelPacking of the products and dispatchPacking parts to a high standardOrganise the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods while maintaining a clean and tidy ..... full job details .....
