Warehouse and Customer Service Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse and Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing business based in Partridge Green.This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, warehouse operations and order fulfilment. Working closely with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, stock is accurately maintained and customers receive an exceptional service from purchase through to aftercare.They are looking for candidates who can start immediately. As a Warehouse and Customer Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and emailAdvising customers on products and providing excellent customer serviceManaging returns, warranty claims, repairs and replacementsLiaising with courier partners regarding delivery issues and resolving customer queriesPicking, packing and dispatching customer orders accuratelySupporting daily warehouse operations and fulfilment activitiesAssisting with stock control, stock takes and inventory managementOrganising warehouse stock and maintaining a safe, efficient working environmentSupporting incoming deliveries, container unloads and goods checksOperating a forklift truck when requiredRequirements for the Warehouse and Customer Service Coordinator:A valid Forklift Truck LicencePrevious experience within a warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or similar operational ..... full job details .....
